My name is Nils and I'm a Web Developer here at LINGUIST List, working to bring the website out of the 90's and give it a more modern feel.

I got my Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science and German at UW - Madison, and am currently working on my M.A. in Computational Linguistics here at IU. My research interests include Machine Translation, applications of machine learning, and building tools and software to help linguists do their job better and faster. In my freetime, you can usually find me playing violin, fencing, watching hockey, or rock climbing.
